All content on EdgeCodersHub — including but not limited to blog posts, code samples, tools, designs, logos, and branding — is owned by or licensed to EdgeCodersHub and protected under applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

You may read and share our blog content for personal, non-commercial use with attribution. You may not reproduce, republish, or sell our content without explicit written consent.

Code samples published on our blog are available under the MIT Licence unless otherwise stated.

Some of our tools offer optional AI-powered features. Where these features require a third-party API key, the following applies:

• →You must provide your own API credentials to access AI features.
• →Your credentials are stored only in your browser's local storage — never on our servers.
• →Requests may be routed through our server solely to avoid technical restrictions; your credentials are not logged or retained.
• →Usage of any third-party AI service is subject to that provider's own Terms of Service and pricing.
• →EdgeCodersHub accepts no liability for costs incurred through your API usage.

Consultation bookings are subject to availability and must be accepted by our team before they are confirmed. Submitting a booking request does not guarantee a confirmed appointment.

• →We reserve the right to decline any booking request at our discretion.
• →Please provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.
• →Repeated no-shows may result in you being blocked from future bookings.
• →Consultation content is confidential and may not be recorded without mutual consent.

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that our platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

Blog content and tutorials are provided for educational purposes only. Always verify information independently before applying it in production environments.

To the maximum extent permitted by Singapore law, EdgeCodersHub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of data, revenue, or business — arising from your use of (or inability to use) our services.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed SGD 100 or the amount paid by you to us in the preceding 12 months, whichever is greater.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
